Our UK business continues to grow and evolve and as a result of internal promotions we are looking to recruit a suitably experienced supervisor to work and lead our Logistics Administrative Team.

The Role: Principal Objectives:   To ensure the replenishment of all stock requirements in a cost effective and timely manner.
Ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained to allow for successful delivery of internal and external customer SLA's.
    Key Responsibilities:           Placing orders with suppliers and confirming delivery dates         Chasing overdue orders         Maintaining accurate internal databases with prices and correct supplier details         Liaising with couriers         Dealing with van stock enquiries from field staff/ engineers         Ensuring adequate stock levels across all stores         Working closing with the warehouse and engineers to ensure correct delivery of parts         Transacting Spare Sales         Other duties as required to support the Purchasing and Logistics team As per Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Employee's must also Take care of their own health and safety and that of others.
Co-operate with their employers.
Not interfere with anything provided in the interest of health and safety.
Skills & Abilities Required (Essential):            Excellent communication skills, written and verbal          Computer literate, word, excel and any database experience          Customer service experience          Negotiation skills          Works well under pressure          Time management   Skills & Abilities Required (Desirable):            Experience of working in a purchasing role     Education:     Future Career Opportunities:     Additional:         Once in position candidate to receive training in line with Health & Safety Law.
