We are now looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 36.3 hours per week.

The Role As our Purchasing Administrator, youll be at the heart of our procurement operations, ensuring supplier relationships run smoothly and that purchasing processes are efficient and effective.
Day to day, youll review and process purchase requisitions to ensure they meet compliance standards, raise purchase orders, and coordinate the delivery of goods and services.
Your role is all about keeping operations flowingon time, on budget, and to a high standard.
From monitoring supplier performance to managing office stock, setting up accounts, and supporting payment processes, youll be making sure every detail of procurement contributes to our bigger mission.
Additionally, you will: - Set up and manage supplier accounts to suit various order types - Track supplier performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring top-notch delivery and quality - Ensure accurate processing of supplier invoices to support timely payments - Oversee office stock, ensuring its replenished and available when needed About You To be considered as a Purchasing Administrator, you will need: - At least one year of purchasing experience - At least one year of administration experience - Experience with supplier relationship management - Knowledge of procurement and purchasing principles - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with MRP and/or ERP systems is advantageous) - Strong numeracy, communication, and multitasking skills - A CIPS diploma Other organisations may call this role Procurement Administrator, Supply Chain Administrator, Purchasing Assistant, or Buyer.
