KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Keeping track of all banking daily and managing the accounts system including all daily reconciliations * Dealing with all invoices and ensuring they are paid on time.
* Ensuring the efficient operation of the firm's VAT system * Recording all transactions in the appropriate manner in accordance with the SRA Accounts Rules * Providing information to the firm's accountants upon request and working with them on all audits * Managing the firm's work in progress and ensuring the proper provision of timesheets daily KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: * 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable * Strong numeracy and accuracy skills * Proficient with modern accounting packages * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills * Comfortable working in a busy team environment * Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure * Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload * You must have the right to employment in the UK without any restrictions HOURS & BENEFITS: * Company pension * Free parking * On-site parking * Monday to Friday
