Description Efficient processing and recording of invoices and payments.
Reconciliation of supplier statements.
Management of purchase ledger enquiries.
Maintenance of financial records in accordance with company procedures.
Regular interaction with suppliers to resolve queries.
Support with month-end processes.
Contribution to the continuous improvement of financial procedures.
Assistance with other accounting tasks as required.Profile A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have: An educational background in Accounting or Finance.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
A methodical approach to work, with strong attention to detail.
