Your New Opportunity The Accounts Payable Purchase Ledger Clerk role is all about offering support to our AP Team within our Elland Office.
This is a full time, office based role working Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm.
We'll expect you to: Process Transactions Efficiently: Manage high volumes of transactions, including invoices, credit notes and debit notes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Resolve Queries and Discrepancies: Assist in solving accounts-related queries and addressing debit note discrepancies, ensuring prompt and effective solutions for stakeholders.
Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: Foster positive relationships with internal teams and suppliers to ensure clear communication and efficient processing of Accounts Payable transactions.
Support AP Organisation and Compliance: Contribute to AP record-keeping and general housekeeping, ensuring accurate, accessible documentation and assisting in day to day AP operations to meet department goals.
