We are looking for aPurchase Ledger Analyst on a 9 month fixed term basis,who would like to help us reach our mission of making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives.
As the Purchase Ledger Analyst your key responsibilities are Process supplier invoices to ensure prompt payment Review and process Expenses and Corporate Credit card returns Liaise with internal and external stakeholders Adhere to audit requirements and company specific standards Communicate with sub-contractors to understand deductions needed and payments required About you Grade 4 in GCSE Maths or equivalent Strong purchase ledger experience would be ideal Experience working within a busy office environment High attention to detail Excellent numeracy skills Competent in Microsoft Office programmes What can you expect from us At least the cost of living pay increase every year Company pension contributions up to 10% if employees contribute 5% 33 days holiday including bank holidays with the ability to purchase an additional 10 £750 net of tax to refer friends and family Hybrid working for eligible roles Development opportunities to reach your career aspirations BUUK has an award-winning culture.
