As a Purchase Ledger Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of their financial operations.

What You'll Do:
· Process purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
· Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
· Prepare payment runs and reconcile statements
· Assist with month-end processes and audits
· Provide administrative support to the finance department
· Accurately process purchase invoices and match them to purchase orders
· Conduct regular supplier statement reconciliations
· Resolve any invoice queries or discrepancies
· Prepare and process payment runs
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor information
