The role of the PR Account Director / Senior Account Director in the London office is essential to effective client and account acquisition and management.
The person filling this role is integral to driving innovative campaigns, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior staff while maintaining clear communication with senior leadership regarding any client or team concerns.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned client accounts, delivering strategic counsel and ensuring service excellence.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of PR campaigns, ensuring they achieve measurable, impactful results.
Develop and manage media strategies, building relationships with senior journalists, industry commentators, and influencers.
Actively contribute to new business growth by securing clients and expanding existing accounts.
Manage and mentor a team of PR professionals, ensuring career development and providing regular coaching and performance feedback.
Monitor and address training needs within the team.
Provide crisis and reputation management strategies as needed.
Represent the company as a professional brand ambassador at industry events and networking opportunities.
Contribute to the agency's business strategies and support company-wide initiatives.

Educational and experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Communications, PR, or a related field.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in PR, with a proven track record in consumer lifestyle or relevant sectors.
