For more information about Staffordshire Police please click the below link: Home | Staffordshire Police About the OpportunityLearning and Organisational Development (LOD) sits within the Enabling Services Directorate of Staffordshire Police and the Team are responsible for the design, delivery, evaluation and continuous development of teaching products for police officers and police staff; in line with the College of Policing National Curriculum and supporting the priorities of the Force Policing Plan.As an PPST trainer you will be required to provide guidance, coaching and instruction in many aspects of Personal Safety.
This ranges from use of de-escalation tactics to police personal protective equipment and unarmed skills.
You will also have to assess student performance against the National Curriculum.You must also hold a full driving licence.Further details and key responsibilities can be found in the role profile.
