We're recruiting on behalf of a top public affairs consultancy in London, seeking an experienced Public Affairs Director to lead their energy and infrastructure practice.

Key Responsibilities for the Public Affairs Director:Lead and expand the energy and infrastructure specialism within an established public affairs team, supporting clients across diverse and complex issues.Deliver high-level strategic counsel in public affairs, manage client relationships, and ensure consistent service quality.Drive new business growth by networking, developing proposals, and pitching for opportunities in the energy and infrastructure sectors.Leverage your network to provide clients with up-to-date insights on political and policy developments, particularly within the Labour government.Mentor team members, develop consulting tools and thought leadership, and uphold commercial and service excellence.Public Affairs Director Key Requirements:Significant experience within the energy and infrastructure sectors, gained through consultancy, in-house roles, government, or a related field.Proven ability to advise clients effectively and build integrated public affairs strategies tailored to client needs.Demonstrated success in generating new business, ideally with a track record of commercial growth within a consultancy setting.Established connections across political, civil service, and industry stakeholders; Labour party connectivity is a strong asset.Able to navigate complex policy landscapes and deliver strategic public affairs solutions.If you have the relevant experience and this opportunity sounds interesting to you, please get in touch with our team including a copy of your CV as soon as possible via the form below.
