Pub Operator

As a Pub Operator, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the pub.
Your leadership will ensure that we deliver excellent customer service, maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings, and create a friendly and engaging environment for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff; foster a positive team environment.
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Marketing & Events: Plan and promote events, sports screenings, and special offers to attract customers and enhance community engagement.
Financial Management: Monitor and analyse financial performance, implement strategies for cost control, and maximize profitability.
Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers, seek feedback, and respond to inquiries or concerns promptly.
Qualifications: Previous experience in pub or restaurant management preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
