Your role will be a customer services based role responding to customers over the telephone and via email.
As the first point of contact for our pubs & hotels you will help to resolve finance related queries and support local suppliers in processing their payments.

These may include: Balance sheet reconciliations, Reconciliation of revenue and banking's, Reconciliation and verification of House expenditure claims ensuring compliance to HM Revenue & Customs regulations on VAT, any other ad-hoc work required by the teamWhat you'll bring… Good interpersonal skills and delivery of customer service with proven experience of dealing with a wide variety of customers on the telephone.
