Psychotherapist - Cyp Trauma

Shire Healthcare are working with a specialist care provider for children and young people presenting with complex needs, to recruit a Psychotherapist to work in Herefordshire .

Role snapshot: The successful candidate will join an Therapies Team who work with children and young people (ages 10-18) providing assessments , formulations and psychological interventions (including DBT) on both a 1-2-1 and group basis.

You will provide a high quality terapy service to carers, families, and groups within/across teams.

Contract type – permanent
Hours – 3 days - 5 days per week
Salary - Up to £44,000 FTE
Experience required: Counsellors applying will be working towards, or have accreditation with the BACP, UKCP or BABCP and will have previous experience working with children and young people presenting with complex needs, specifically trauma .

Due to the nature of the role, a car owner/driver is required.
