Psychology Graduate SEN Coach – Northfield A secondary school in Northfield is looking for a Psychology Graduate SEN Coach to provide academic support for Year 8 pupils with SEN needs, including Autism, ADHD, and those with an EHCP.
The role will involve working within lessons, helping students access the curriculum and providing 1:1 and small group support to ensure their individual learning needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:Provide in-class support across a range of subjects, helping SEN pupils engage with the curriculum.Work closely with teachers to adapt lesson content for pupils with Autism, ADHD, and EHCPs.Assist in monitoring and tracking pupils' progress, helping them achieve their individual education plan (IEP) goals.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports emotional and academic development.
Requirements:A degree in Psychology or a related field.A strong interest in working with children with special educational needs.Patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.Experience working with SEN pupils is beneficial but not essential.
