Psychology Graduate - SEND Teaching Assistant Warrington £70 to £90 per day depending on experience About the Role Connex Education is working with a SEND school based in Warrington who are recruiting for a Psychology Graduate to work as a SEND Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis.
About the Role Provide guidance and support to individuals in a mentoring relationship.
Help pupils set and achieve personal and academic goals.
Share knowledge and expertise in a specific field or area of interest.
Assist pupils in developing new skills and overcoming challenges.
Act as a role model and provide positive reinforcement to pupils.
Foster a supportive and trusting relationship with a range of pupils.
You will Need: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Active listening skills to understand individual pupils' needs and concerns.
Empathy and the ability to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils.
Patience and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
