About the Role We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our clinical team, providing bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults in our care.
The successful candidate will be based in Middleton Fells, Kirkby Lonsdale, with travel to other residential settings in South Cumbria.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement assessment and intervention plans for adults with complex needs.
Contribute to multi-disciplinary team working, including Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Assistant Psychologist.
Work within the framework of our service policies and procedures to ensure quality assurance and service development.
Collect and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.
Requirements: Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic).
Experience of working with adults with intellectual disability and/or autism, complex trauma, mental health needs, and behaviors of concern.
Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults and children.
Skills in data management, including data collection and analysis.
Full valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
What We Offer: A competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
A Welcome Bonus of £3000 and a Relocation package of £3000 (dependent on distance).
A Permanent, Term Time only contract with part-time/full-time hours considered.
