The Role: Classroom Support: As an unqualified teacher/cover supervisor, your role will involve overseeing pre-set lessons across various subjects, ensuring that students are engaged and completing their work to a high standard.
Behaviour Management: You'll be responsible for maintaining a constructive and positive classroom environment, managing student behaviour effectively, and de-escalating situations as needed while adhering to safeguarding procedures.
Lesson Follow-Up: At the end of each lesson, you'll collect completed work and return it to the appropriate staff member, ensuring that the classroom remains organized.
Safeguarding: Report any safeguarding concerns in line with the school's referral procedures and policies.

Eligibility: You must have the right to work in the U.K. What You Can Expect from Protocol Education: Competitive Pay: Earn between £83.85 and £100 per day depending on your experience.
