We are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team in LS10 on a supply basis.
About the Role:
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping children aged 3-5 years flourish in their early development.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
Encouraging children's social, emotional, and academic growth through play-based learning.
Assisting with classroom setup, resource preparation, and creating a stimulating learning environment.
Providing 1:1 or small group support, particularly for children with additional needs.
Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative school community.

What We're Looking For: Previous experience working in EYFS, either in a school or childcare setting.
A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
Knowledge of the EYFS framework and the ability to adapt activities to meet children's needs.
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
