1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: East of England, Essex, Grays
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time
Salary: £83.85 - £85 Per day
Benefits: +50 referral fee
Job Duties: Provide 1:1 support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Support students with their learning and development Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a positive learning environment Help with classroom management and behaviour support Required Qualifications: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths Experience working with individuals with SEN Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Education:

Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN and different learning needs Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to support and encourage student learning Strong organisational and time-management abilities Preferred Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Additional training in SEN support Working Conditions: Temporary position with Full-Time hours Work within a school setting Opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives
