We're now looking for a full-time Protection Case Manager, someone ready to bring their expertise, passion, and enthusiasm to help us grow together.
This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract as maternity cover with the view of extending into a full time permanent role.
You will be highly motivated and exceptionally organised—a self-starter, team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This role is based in the UK and is fully remote reporting to Meet Margo's senior protection adviser and co-founders.
RESPONSIBILITIES Work as part of our team to provide exceptional support to our advisers from initial inquiry to completion.
Efficiently keep clients informed throughout the protection journey, ensuring a 5-star experience.
Manage updates from providers – filtering this back to our customers in a friendly, informative, and helpful manner.
Communicate well with the broader team to ensure the best outcome for our customers.
Help the Meet Margo product team further develop our newly launched app through client feedback.

EXPERIENCE Must have: 2+ years of industry experience in this role or a similar one.
ROLE DETAILS 35 hours (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm) Basic salary of £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.
