Propositions Manager

Propositions Manager Birmingham/home -based Up to £42,000 Pitch is delighted to be working with this fantastic not-for-profit business, established over 150 years ago.
Providing health and wellbeing and financial services to businesses and individuals, they put employee wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.

They are looking for a Propositions Manager who will be responsible for bringing new product ideas to life, horizon scanning to identify new trends and emerging opportunities and manage the relationships with existing suppliers, whilst identifying and building relationships with new ones.

The role is hybrid with the need to be in the office at least once a month for team meetings and on occasions where there is a business need.
You will also travel to meet with suppliers when needed.

What will you be doing?
Oversee entire product lifecycle across the portfolio.
Market research and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
Manage new product and proposition development.
Build relationships with key senior stakeholders across the business and with suppliers.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, pricing, operations, compliance and sales.
What experience do you need?
Experience working within a regulated service-led business, ideally financial services.
Previous experience in health insurance would be hugely beneficial.
You will have worked within a product development/product management role previously.
Exceptional communication and relationship building experience.
This role allows a lot of autonomy and ownership of key projects and receives a lot of interest from senior stakeholders within the business.
