This team handles high-value bids, proposals, and presentations across a range of sectors.
In this role, you'll create strategic, solution-based bid proposals, ensuring they are compelling, compliant, and aligned with agreed win strategies.
As the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you'll coordinate bid responses, manage all project activity, and keep the bid team updated regularly.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of bid creation, from management to submission, including proposal and presentation development Track and manage bid progress using the Compliance Matrix Support the Sales and Retention Lead in developing win strategies, solution designs, and tender clarifications Prepare the Bid Overview template before kick-off workshops Use Adobe Creative Suite to design high-impact bids, proposals, and presentations Qualifications & Skills: Proven track record in managing and winning complex bids Strong persuasive bid writing skills, with the ability to create compelling sales documents Expertise in guiding a diverse virtual team through the bid process Ability to build strong relationships with internal departments and directors Experience using a bid management methodology (e.g., Shipley, BidPerfect) Creative strategic thinker, willing to develop and implement new solutions Why Join Us?
