Property Team Administrator - Mayfair - £30,000 to £35,000 DOE My client, a fast paced and well-established real estate business engaged in buying, developing and managing luxury real estate across London, are on the lookout for a highly motivated Property Team Administrator to join their office in Mayfair.
You will be reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management providing full administrative support to assist with the day-to-day operations of the property management team.
The team manage 20 fully furnished PRS sites around central London, so you will assist in the block management administration to support this.
You will be highly organised with a fantastic attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Role and Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day operations of all property management Handle diary management for the team Provide direct communication with tenants for access and ensure follow ups are carried out Respond directly to property-related issues as they arise Dealing with ad hoc problems and unforeseeable situations and refer to head of department if required or an escalation needed Liaise with Scheduling all works/services and other matters that are required to be carried out Liaising with accounts over payments and receipts Creation of purchase orders and ensuring all invoices ae approved and signed before being taken to accounts Control of all administration/filing both paper or electronic as applicable Responsible for maintaining health and safety records and ensuring all documents and certification are filed To generate summaries and reports for the Head of Portfolio Management To keep logs of all pending/statutory works Create schedules and trackers to ensure logs are up to date and works carried out To assist the head of department as required Skills Required: Previous experience as an administrator within the residential property industry in AST or Block Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Exceptional organisational skills Proactive, polite and professional Excellent communication skills Be able to deliver an extremely high level of service Be able to follow instructions to successfully deliver the task at hand Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook and Excel Strong analytical and organisational skills Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience Working Hours: 9:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday Office Based For more information, please contact Megan on the Business Support team at Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment.
