Property Surveyor

Property Surveyor - Contract work - 3 months - West Yorkshire Location: West Yorkshire Duration: 3 months initially Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm We are recruiting for a respected non-profit provider of affordable homes.
We are looking for an interim Property Surveyor to join their team.
Duties: Conducting property inspections and providing technical advice to ensure maintenance work meets high standards Managing maintenance contracts and overseeing work to achieve value for money Maintaining property records, including condition surveys, EPC data, and compliance documentation Assisting with the organisations cyclical maintenance and component replacement programs The ideal candidate will have: HNC or equivalent qualification in a building discipline Experience in housing maintenance surveying and working in construction Knowledge of relevant regulations like CDM and housing legislation Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to delivering results This is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical expertise and make a tangible impact in supporting our clients mission of providing high-quality affordable homes.
