PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 1 – 3 PQE, KENT, SALARY UP TO £35 - 45,000 (DOE).

JOB REF: 215297957The appointed Property Solicitor will be dealing with a range of matters relating to commercial and residential property law, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.• You will be responsible for managing and overseeing your own caseload, which will include handling a variety of commercial leases, new builds, equity transfers, and both freehold and leasehold extensions.
This role offers the opportunity for future progression into partnership.• The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic property team, demonstrating strong previous experience and good technical expertise.• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
