Property Solicitor

This role is to join the Property / Conveyancing team which are booming!
As an experiencedSolicitoryour duties will include: Supporting the Head of Unit and also working off your own initiative on your own caseload; Provide expert conveyancing advice to clients throughout the transaction process; Drafting and reviewing contracts and other property related documents; Reviewing searches and Land Registry applications; Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other parties to ensure smooth transactions; Market the conveyancing services and build new professional relationships to increase revenue; Provide training and support to junior members of the team.
Requirements Licensed Conveyancer/CILEX qualified conveyancer or Solicitor Minimum 3 years Post Qualification Experience / PQEOR REQUISITE CONVEYANCING EXPERIENCE; Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently; Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; Full Driving Licence.
