Property Solicitor

Our client in Park Gate is growing their legal team and is looking to recruit a Property Solicitor.
You will ideally have 3 years PQE in residential property law but applications are open to all qualified professionals with any PQE in residential property.
You will be focusing on property auction matters which have extremely quick turnaround times.
This is a fantastic opportunity to really become established and for the right candidate, work towards becoming a Partner in the business.
You will work well as part of a team, prioritise your time effectively, have excellent attention to detail and be looking to develop a successful, long-term career.
Responsibilities: - Prepare legal documents for auction property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and mortgages.
- Conduct title searches and review property records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with lenders and other parties involved in the transaction to facilitate a smooth closing process.
- Prepare closing statements and settlement documents.
- Assist clients in understanding the terms and conditions of their property transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation.
Skills: - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in legal software and document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet very tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Salary dependent on experience.
