Property Solicitor

We are seeking an Associate Property Solicitor with a minimum of two years PQE who is capable of handling a substantial workload.
Key elements in the ideal candidate include (but are not limited to) the following:
Proven experience and interest in commercial and residential property Experience in straightforward sale and purchases, complex acquisitions and disposals of investment propertiesStrong research and analytical skills Organised, hardworking and ambitiousAppreciates the demands of a dynamic law practice by effectively managing caseloads and meeting deadlines
