They are recruiting for a Property Solicitor to be based out of their office in Chalfont St Giles.
Key Responsibilities: Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Newbuild purchases Shared ownership purchases Transfer of Equity First Registrations Repayment of Help to Buy Loans Desired Skills and Qualifications Residential Property Solicitor with 2+ years experience Confidence with handling your own individual caseload Outstanding levels of communication Strong IT skills including MS Office The Package Salary negotiable depending on experience 25 days holiday plus a full week off at Christmas Health insurance Hybrid working (after probation)
