Join our client, a well established estate agency in Grays Essex.
Your Role : You will be helping the business grow through effective handling of warm customer enquiries.
You will be liaising with customers who wish to sell/let their property.
You will often be the first point of contact for many of our customers and as such should provide a seamless customer service experience by providing exceptional service for our customers.
Requirements : If new to property, eager to learn and be successful in the industry Handling large volumes of calls (inbound and outbound) from/to customers, offering a seamless service promoting all services.
Able to build effective relationships with customers over a period of time until they are ready to sell/let their property.
You'll have a passion for looking after your future client base.
