What will I be doing?
As our Property Recruitment Manager, you will be directly responsible for the Property Recruitment Team to drive the conversion of enquiries (inbound and outbound) to appointments along with the day-to-day operational duties of managing a successful sales team.As part of your everyday role, you're likely to be involved in the following:Ensuring leads are continuously optimised with appropriate SLAs in place to drive and increase conversionManaging a team within Property Recruitment Team with the responsibility for their targets, KPIs, SLAs and team objectivesReviewing data to ensure the right quality of leads/appointments are fed throughWorking with one of the PRT to support on training and people developmentIdentify new opportunities to improve efficiencies through process and system changesDemonstrate inclusive behaviours and leadership consistent with Travel Chapter's valuesProvide organisational, planning and management support to the Head Of Inside SalesWork closely with other managers within the team to ensure all procedures and processes are up to date and identify areas for improvementEnsure all SLAs are met within the PRT and review regularly to see where improvements can be madeTake initiative to support inbound enquiries delivering a continuous pipeline of qualified leads, including self-generation of leads through varWhat are we looking for?We know that the perfect candidate who ticks every box doesn't exist, so if you're excited by the role and can do?most?of the below, please get in touch – you could be exactly what we need!
Ideally, we're looking for:Proven experience delivering sales growth through the implementation of best practice processes and trainingWorking knowledge of at least one of the following Power BI / Pricing Calculator / Salesforce / AWSDemonstrated experience in multi-tasking with attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.Outstanding communication and influencing skillsResults driven and motivated to work to hit and exceed targetsDemonstrated resourcefulness in problem solving and initiative to learn new skillsWhat's in it for you?We believe in taking care of our team.
