Summary***INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY***Acting as a link/bridge between projects and BAU, you will work very closely with the Property Operations Manager (BAU) to ensure a continuous feedback loop, which will lead to a smooth transition from projects to BAU.
You will facilitate successful delivery of projects including conservation and infrastructure projects, tracking and keeping momentum on small/medium projects, as well as being a key person in large project teams.

You'll be a key member of the Property Leadership Team, taking the lead and championing projectsWhat you'll be doingLeading across departments to achieve results.
It will involve leadership skills and ability to build good working relationships with staff, volunteers and contractors.Taking an R&D/testing approach to how we develop change across the property.
This will involve working with the relevant PLT members and their teams, so a good understanding of operations across the property is needed.Working alongside the V&C Manager and GM, to take a lead on engagement with key stakeholders, building constructive relationships ensuring that we are seen as 'good neighbours' and partners to help gain support for property projects and initiatives.Leading a clear comms plan with internal and external stakeholders for projects, so everyone is well informed within good timescales.Who we're looking forExperience working across multiple projects and keeping things on track, using your excellent organisation skills.Been able to turn construction projects into a bonus for the visitor experience.
Experience identifying and managing compliance and risks to the business, in relation to the projects.
