Property Officer - Lurgan

Property Officer required for the Estate Services department in Lurgan Hospital.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9AM 5PM, this is a full time role that comes with the flexibility to work around you.
Successful candidates will be offered an immediate start with a pay rate of £18.10 per hour.
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of trust properties.
The main duties will include updating management records with new information surrounding rent, rates, insurance etc.
You will also be liaising with Land and Property Services for evaluations on properties such as Health centres and Pharmacies.
