My clients have a fantastic local reputation and are looking for a Property Manger who wants to be a part of a growing business and super friendly team and progress their property management career.
Property Manager – Benefits \n Monday to Friday role \n Basic up to £30,000 \n Parking on site \n Lovely working environment and team.
\n Property Manager – Duties \n Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance.
\n Doing mid term inspections.
\n Organising and conducting check outs and inventories \n Organising contractors, gaining quotations, issuing works orders and obtaining invoices \n Ensuring property compliance such as EICR's, gas safety and EPC certifications \n Dealing with deposit disputes.
\n Organising tenancy paperwork.
\n Getting involved in serving section notices as required \n Supporting the landlord with rental reviews and tenancy renewals \n General Property Manager duties.
\n Property Manager – Experience Needed: \n Previous lettings/ property management experience is advantageous.
\n Professional written and verbal communication \n Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages \n This is a great opportunity for a Property Manager eager to join a growing brand.
