About the Role: The position of Commercial Property Manager offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a diverse portfolio, including industrial estates, multi-let office buildings, and mixed-use developments.
In this role, you'll be integral to the efficient operation of a high-value portfolio, building strong tenant relationships, and managing budgets and maintenance.
About the Company: Join a well-established asset management firm with over £1 billion in assets under management and a rent roll of £35 million.
This company handles an impressive range of single and multi-let properties, some in prime London locations, for a distinguished client base that includes both UK and international investors, property companies, trusts, and family offices.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied commercial property portfolio, conducting regular property inspections and identifying maintenance needs.
Oversee service charge budgets, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations.
Assist with credit control, managing overdue payments in a professional manner.
Instruct and liaise with contractors and specialists on maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, and risk assessments.
Build and maintain positive tenant relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Communicate with clients on building management issues and execute necessary works.
Work with joint agents on property lettings and lease renewals.
Potential to contribute to asset management initiatives, enhancing the long-term value of the portfolio.
Required Skills and Experience: Experience in managing commercial property.
Familiarity with Tramps property management software is advantageous.
