We're looking for an individual with strong negotiation, organisation, and administration skills, who is comfortable with database management and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Requirements: - At least 1 year of Property Management experience - Excellent personal presentation - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and colleagues - Highly organised with strong attention to detail - Motivated and driven to succeed and meet objectives - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office - Enthusiastic and proactive with a positive attitude and sense of humour - Full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle Key Responsibilities: - Managing a portfolio of properties efficiently and professionally - Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and the lettings team - Addressing maintenance issues and ensuring timely resolution - Handling and negotiating deposit returns during the deposit release process - Investigating and resolving informal complaints quickly and efficiently - Coordinating end-of-tenancy and pre-tenancy work in collaboration with the lettings team - Developing and managing relationships with contractors on the preferred supplier list - Conducting property inspections as required - Supporting other areas of the business as needed Benefits: - Hybrid working available - Full-time role, Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:30 pm) - part-time options may be considered - Competitive salary package, including car allowance and performance-related bonuses If you're ready to take the next step in your Property Management career and are excited about the chance to grow within a supportive and professional team, apply today!
