Ensure the portfolio complies with safety certifications, alarms, landlord regulations, and fire safety standards.
Support for Deals in Progress Assist the lettings team with compliance, cleaning, and inventory scheduling for properties under offer.
Conduct property inspections at least twice a year, reporting maintenance or other issues to clients.
Serve notices for rent increases and possession, support tenancy renewals, and manage re-let instructions.
Handle end-of-tenancy deposit returns and manage formal disputes when necessary.
Maintain strong contractor relationships, ensuring fair value, quality standards, and timely payments.
Resolve landlord or tenant complaints to ensure satisfaction.
