The ideal candidate will have: \n \n Confident and self-motivated individual with excellent customer care skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
\n Previous Property management or lettings experience \n Full UK Driving License \n Outstanding communication and coordination abilities.
\n Proven capacity to build strong business relationships.
\n Strong problem-solving skills.
\n Experience with Fixflo is advantageous.

Here is what you can expect day-to-day: \n \n Data entry and project/audit-based tasks.
\n Key cutting.
\n Assisting with key collection arrangements, ensuring keys are ready ahead of contractor visits.
\n Sending correspondence to tenants and landlords.
\n Arranging property visits.
\n Managing office ordering.
\n Logging maintenance and repairs on electronic systems.
\n Ringing and assessing quotes.
\n Liaising with tenants, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate repairs and maintenance.
\n Progressing work through to completion and closing tasks on the system.
\n Performing any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned.
\n Handling invoicing.
