The Role: This is an exciting time for the Property Litigation team, which boasts an expanding client list comprising landlords and tenants with national portfolios, developers and investors, public sector bodies, and FTSE 250 household names.

They are seeking a Senior Associate to play a key role in growing their practice.
You will lead on a wide range of contentious property matters involving landlord and tenant issues (e.g., 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations, and break notices), telecoms and general property disputes such as adverse possession, easements, and title disputes.
