**What You ll Do:** Manage your own caseload of property dispute files from start to finish including residential or commercial property disputes.
Provide expert support to the property litigation team assisting with all stages of disputes including correspondence document preparation and client updates.
Conduct thorough legal research drafting and case preparation.
Liaise directly with clients third parties and other solicitors to deliver a seamless and effective service.
Attend court hearings and mediations as required supporting senior solicitors and fee earners.
Ensure compliance with legal protocols and the firms high standards.
**What We re Looking For:** Previous experience as a paralegal in property litigation or dispute resolution (residential or commercial property disputes).
Ability to manage and progress your own caseload confidently with minimal supervision.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build strong client relationships.
A proactive and selfmotivated approach with the ability to work well under pressure.
A good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and experience with property dispute cases.
