Property Litigation - Norwich Fantastic opportunity for a Property Litigation Associate to join this top 50 UK law firm.
Based in Norwich and with hybrid working on offer, you will join a dynamic market leading team who are consistently ranked top tier in both Chambers and Legal 500.
Due to growth, they have an exciting opportunity to recruit an ambitious, driven, and forward-thinking qualified Solicitor, ideally with 1-5 years PQE.
The team deal with a wide range of property disputes including residential and commercial landlord and tenant; breach of contract; easement and covenants; overage and freehold title disputes including land registration and adverse possession.
The Norwich team also deal with several specialised dispute areas including leasehold enfranchisement and Building Safety Act / fire safety matters, which you will be involved in from an early stage.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team dealing with high quality and varied property litigation work.
Property litigation experience is very much welcomed, but not essential as the firm will consider candidates from a litigation or property background.
You should have a strong academic background, high attention to detail, dedication to client service and an interest in and aptitude for business development.
