Property Litigation LawyerBristolCompetitive Salary in the region of £70,000 to 90,000Hybrid options availableOur client is a regional Law Firm who is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Lawyer at either Associate or Managing Associate level with 5+ PQE.You will be worklng within the commercial property litigation team and growing their retail practice whilst assisting in a wide range of contentious commercial property matters, including telecoms, landlord and tenant (e.g.
1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices) and general property issues such as adverse possession, easements and title disputes.Key requirement for this role is that you have strong experience with the Landlord & Tenant Act.This role is based from offices in Bristol and offers hybrid options of 3 days in office and 2 days remote although this is fairly flexible.
Salary for this role is competitive based on experience and would range between £70,000 to £90,000.Please only apply if you are able to work in Bristol as fully remote will NOT be considered.
