The Skills & Experience Were Looking For: Proven Sales Success: A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally in high-value or investment sales.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent listening, questioning, and conversational abilities to build rapport with clients.
Hardworking: A dedicated approach to your work, always willing to put in the effort to succeed.
Positive Attitude: An optimistic, can-do mindset to keep you motivated through challenges and setbacks.
Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating deals both in-person and over the phone, with a focus on closing sales.
Professional Presentation: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear, professional interactions with clients.
Attention to Detail: A good memory for statistical information and the ability to quickly absorb and adapt to new property details as they become available.
