Property Compliance & Inspections Officer Essex Based Monday - Friday 9am- 5.30pm Summary: The Property Compliance & Inspections Officer will be responsible for conducting property inspections across the portfolio to identify maintenance requirements, Health & Safety (H&S) compliance issues, ensure compliance with council license conditions, and other regulatory obligations.
