We are looking for a dynamic Property Loss Adjuster to join a fast-paced building solutions team.

As a Property Loss Adjuster, no two days will be the same.
You'll manage a busy caseload, working independently and as part of a supportive team.

What You'll Be Doing: Handle a wide variety of claims , from straightforward to complex, ensuring fast and fair resolutions.
Meet key performance targets , keeping claims progressing smoothly while managing your own workload.
Process invoices, approve estimates , and issue interim fees, all within tight deadlines.
Work with clients and customers , providing proactive updates and maintaining excellent relationships.
Detect potential fraud and recoveries , referring these cases appropriately to ensure clients are protected.
Deliver reports and documentation in line with service standards, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Property Loss Adjuster, with expertise in both Domestic and Commercial claims.
A strong background in organising and managing your workload independently.
Attention to detail and a natural analytical approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
Willingness to travel nationally with occasional overnight stays.
Availability for out-of-hours duties on a rota basis, including weekends and public holidays.
