This Home Counties based Family Office is looking for a Property Asset Manager to join their team of property professionals, to manage an expanding investment portfolio which holds over £50 million in commercial properties, ranging from retail and warehouse space to offices and industrial units.
In addition to offering a diverse selection of high-quality commercial properties, they also provide joint venture partnerships to developers.
This is a great opportunity to join an agile business who are open to someone wanting part-time or full time hours.
You will be a property professional with demonstrable experience in managing a commercial portfolio and identifying value-add opportunities, with the ability to instruct specialists in areas such as L&T and leasing when required.
