Oversee routine and emergency maintenance, ensuring timely and quality repairs while keeping all property management records up to date.
Ensure the portfolio complies with safety certifications, alarms, landlord regulations, and fire safety standards.
Assist the lettings team with compliance, cleaning, and inventory scheduling for properties under offer.
Conduct property inspections at least twice a year, reporting maintenance or other issues to clients.
Maintain strong contractor relationships, ensuring fair value, quality standards, and timely payments.
Resolve landlord or tenant complaints to ensure satisfaction.

Existing Property Management experience
A clean driving license is preferable
