Job Description As we diversify and grow as a business we have been on a mission to invest heavily in the high street, as part of that we have recently purchased a number of shopping centres to add to our already large freehold portfolio which has led to natural growth within the team.This role will support with the acquisition, purchase and integration of any new freeholds brought into the portfolio, either by share or asset purchase.
as well as helping to maintain the current portfolio which currently stands at locations with circa tenants.
So expect to move quickly between demands, get involved in acquisitions, make commercial recommendations and present to some senior stakeholders.Producing and reviewing Monthly Management Accounts cost lines, income streams, budgets and forecastsManaging one employee - assessing performance, showing best practice and developing the future of the business.Reviewing and investigating variances between the actual results and budgeted/forecasted resultsReconciliation of all relevant entities balance sheetOwning and presenting monthly finance reports to line manager, and senior finance as requiredBuilding relationships and acting as a Business Partner for financial/numerical queries with multiple departments such as Property, commercial analysists, Legal and external managing agentsSupporting group & statutory audits for relevant entitiesAssisting with the integration of new acquisitions Qualifications Qualified ACCA/CIMA (further study support provided)Leadership/Managerial experienceMinimum 2 year's experience working in a similar role within finance.Excellent IT system skills, in particular MS ExcelLooking to develop and grow a career in a commercial business
