~ Door to door payments Here at ISs, as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to expand their engineering workforce dedicated against a major account in the Energy sector The account consists of corporate offices, depots and small infrastructure buildings, where the employer here complete electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance services plus small project/install work You would be joining the Account at a busy time, with lots of maintenance work to complete plus a number of project works Your region to cover will be mainly North Wales to Burnley, with some travel further afield, but this would be irregular, The focus will be North west of England to North Wales Role best suits a qualified Electrician, with some maintenance experience keen to develop their career for a world class employer, and lots of overtime available Actions will include:
~ To undertake the day-to-day PPM and reactive maintenance of client sites to ensure their functionality, compliance and efficient operation
~ Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements
~ Ensure that all electrical systems are maintained to NICIEC standards
~ Ensure water systems are maintained to comply with the requirements of the L8 ACOP
~ Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance
~ Issue permits to work for high risk activities and ensure appropriate controls are adhered to
~ Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices
~ Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment and ensure compliance with all Company and Client policies and procedures
~ To contribute to a call out rota for the mobile team by being available for call out when designated
=Electrical qualifications plus some maintenance experience
