Co-ordinating and supporting theDigital Project and Programme Boards.
Producing and maintaining project governancematerials.
Maintaining and coordinating keyproject artefacts such as Action logs, Risk and Issue Logs, project chartersand core documentation.
Supporting project Go-lives,engagement events and communication activities.
Ensuring appropriate standards are metfor documentation and control using appropriate project management methodology,such as PRINCE2.
Offering planning and supportcapacity.
Supporting thecompletion of project documentation.
Providing personnel and expertise toprojects where appropriate.
Providing a centralised facility forthe dissemination of project information.
Meeting co-ordinationsupport.
Mailbox management.
General administrative duties.
Person Specification Qualifications Essential Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in supporting projects.
Desirable Training or qualification in one or more project management or project planning systems ( Prince2, MS Project, or similar).
Skills and Ability Essential Ability to work on own initiative with a solution-focused workstyle.
Effective time management and able to prioritise a changeable workload.
Ability to work at pace and under pressure.
The ability to work flexibly and as a good team player.
Excellent organisational ability including time and systems management skills.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Good IT skills including experience of Office, Excel, Outlook, Access, the Internet and social media.
Ability to travel independently to a variety of locations across Coventry and Warwickshire, as and when required.
